Another Quiet Week

Another quiet week of school and not going anywhere. I finished reading The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian and Dad and I kept reading Where the Red Fern Grows. For fun, we started watching a show called Raising Hope that I really like, and there were some new episodes of Animal Control. We also watched some movies this weekend: Treasure Planet, About Time, and The Hunt for Red October.

Our big excitement for the week was that Mom made red velvet cupcakes wth cream cheese frosting and we took some over to Jonathan and his parents. While we were at their house we got to see the project Jonathan has been working on.

We also learned about a game called Frosthaven.

Dad and I built the Tudor Corner LEGO set this weekend. That was fun and it looks great with all of our other modular buildings.

Oh - and it finally snowed! Not a lot. We maybe had an inch and a half and it only covered the ground for a day, so no sledding.
