Braces

This week Jonathan was back from his trip to the southwest, so we had to catch up and check out all the new LEGO we both got since the last time we saw each other.

The biggest news this week was that I finally got my braces on Tuesday.

Getting my teeth cleaned before they glued on the brackets.

Dr. Brandon made sure all the brackets were on securely.

My teeth really hurt for a couple of days, but then they didn't bother me at all and I didn't have to take any medicine after Wednesday. We took a little break from school while I adjusted to all the new metal in my mouth (I still have the expander in there), and I worked on a new LEGO project: recreating the Landing at Point Rain from Clone Wars season two, episode five.

On Wednesday we went to play mini golf with Jonathan and Nick. I got a hole in one!

And on Thursday morning Grandpa Al came to pick me up for a weekend at his house. We went to the dog park three times, and I got the new Jedi Bob LEGO set. And we played checkers. I also hung out with GG and Grandpa Kevin. We went out for lunch, and we did some shopping. That was a fun day.

And that was my week. I was still at Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al's Sunday night because Mom had an appointment early Monday morning, and the plan was to pick me up after that was done.
