Reading

This week I spent a lot of time reading. I read On the Far Side of the Mountain, the sequel to My Side of the Mountain, and I started on my Avatar graphic novels. I also watched Star Wars and played with LEGO. No swimming lessons this week. Although I did go to the pool for fun.

Dusting my LEGO with my new make-up brush - a trick we learned at Bricks and Minifgs last week..

At the pool with Annika and Jonathan.

On Wednesday we met the usual suspects at the park to play in the creek. Sydney was also there, but she wasn't in any of the pictures.

Boys in the creek.

Chopping wood with my handmade ax.

Jonathan got his ax out, too.

Thursday was Mom's birthday. She did not get to celebrate the way she wanted to. After a year of dealing with parosmia, it still has not gone away. Plus, she has some other issues going on that kept us home, other than going to see doctors.

Birthday donuts.

I spent most of Friday working on a LEGO project, pictured below:

Obi-Wan and the Republic versus General Grievous and the Separatists.

Saturday we got to see Freya's latest foster dog (on FaceTime and in pictures), and she is super cute. We also went to the free concert in the park...that ended up being cancelled due to weather. But we got to see Jonathan, Caroline, and Ned, so that was nice.

This is Sunny.

Out for the concert that wasn't.

The stage.

The sun came out...but there was still lightning and thunder in the area.

Sunday morning and we are still watching The Tour du France! I am very excited that Tadej is winning this year.

Watching Tadej Pogacar win Stage 15.

Snuggling with Mom before Dad drove me over to Grandpa Al and Grandma Wynne's.

Working on my new John Deere frorage harvester LEGO set. My new Star Wars LEGO book is under the John Deere tractor.

And that was my week - Take care!
