This past week was a little different. On Monday night, Jonathan's parents stopped by unexpectedly and dropped off a package of Star Wars Oreos - Mom had looked for them at the store but didn't find them. That was fun. And the cookies were tasty.

Star Wars cookies?!

Dark Side Oreos.

Dad was sad after we ate them all.

Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al came over to take me to my swim lesson on Tuesday, and then I went home with them for the rest of the week. GG and Grandpa Kevin came over for an afternoon and we had pizza and laughed a lot. It was cool to have my grandparents together. Unfortunately, no pictures.

Hanging out at Grandpa Al and grandma Wynne's house.

My LEGO chess set I built.

With Loki.

Me, Grandpa Al, and Dad - with Loki.

A couple months ago we had made plans to meet Freya and Josh at the amusement park this weekend - and that almost didn't happen because the park was partially flooded, and the parking lot was completely flooded. Thankfully the water went down and the weather was good: a great day to be going on rides! The park was very empty - almost no wait time and most of the rides had empty seats. It was amazing! We actually got tired of riding before we got tired of waiting to ride.

On the Xtreme Swing.

On the Power Tower.

It's Charlie Brown!

On the North Star.

Of course we went LEGO shopping after we left the park....

At Bricks and Minifigs - trying to decide what to get.

The haul from the shopping trip.

I did not get to see the rainbow in our town this week, but Dad wanted to include the picture anyway.

Natural fireworks on July 4th: a double rainbow.

And that was my week - take care!
