This was a big week. Mom and I worked on my History Day project all week and made some good progress. We did Recess all three days, and Thursday ended up being kind of a birthday sledding party. Public schools were closed, so we invited my non-homeschool friends to go sledding with us.

On Friday we picked up Grandpa Kevin and went to meet Kara and Freya for some fun. I got some presents, I got to go to the LEGO store, and we went on rides. A lot of rides.

Saturday I had a party at Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al's house. Nothing fancy - just family, presents, cake, and ice cream.

On Sunday, my actual birthday, I watched cartoons and built some of my new LEGO sets. I was supposed to have a party with some friends, but we postponed it because one of them was sick. It was for the best, since I needed a quiet day.
