This week started out with me still at Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al's house. Dad came to get me on Tuesday. We had planned to go on a field trip, but that was canceled due to the possibility of bad weather. And sure enough, when Dad came to get me he drove into some hail. He hid the car under a roof at a gas station, so he was lucky on the timing. Mom took a couple of pictures of what landed at our house.

Hail in the street.

There's a pile by the house!

Me with Loki, Grandpa Al, and Grandma Wynne.

This week the homeschool group came to our house. Mom did a lesson using LEGO to teach math. It was really fun. I hope we do more. After the lesson we had lunch, and then our activity was decorating eggs. We learned a little about Faberge eggs and Ukrainian Easter eggs.

LEGO from the math lesson.

Mommy teaching about egg decorating.

Working on painting the eggs.

Done painting.

Somehow my stuffed animal collection ended up in the living room....

This weekend we stayed home. I spent a lot of time playing with LEGO - building sets, building my own creations, and pestering Dad to build another one of the modular buildings to add to the city street. We also went for a bike ride, finished watching What If...? and we watched all of Our Great National Parks, which was hosted by Barack Obama.

Working on some LEGO projects with Dad.

And that was my week. Take care!
