Another beautiful week. We did learning every day, we rode our bikes every day (Dad said I rode about 40 miles this week on my new bike).
Monday we rode in the morning.
Sunrise on the bike path.
Tuesday I went to college.
On campus for my morning classes.
Wednesday was field trip day: we went to the art museum again and then made a trip to the apple orchard. It was pretty quiet, since it was a Wednesday morning. But we walked around and got some apples. On the way home, we drove through the wildlife refuge and saw: a dozen egrets, a pelican, four mature bald eagles, one juvenile bald eagle, and a crazy squirrel that might have dropped a walnut on me.
Visiting the mostly empty apple orchard.

At the wildlife refuge.
This is what it looks like without me in the picture.
Thursday we checked out the tree stump down the street where the house was torn down last week. First the house went, then the trees went. We couldn't count the rings, so I measured it with my arms. And just like every day this week, I rode my new bike.
It was a big tree.
Taking a break on our bike ride.
Friday we went to campus for learning again, and we watched another Sherlock Holmes movie as a family.
Going to campus with Dad.
Saturday we stayed home, did some learning, did some riding, did some reading - and we watched Hook. It was so funny!
Watching a movie with Dad.
Sunday was a mostly lazy day. Dad and I went for a bike ride and got some ice cream. And we worked on a LEGO project.
Ice cream break!
And that was my week. Take care!
