Warm Weather Returns

This week it got nice and warm and almost all of my snow is gone! Mom and I worked on finishing up some school stuff so I can take some tests next week to see how I am doing. I've been studying Greece, Macedonia, and Alexander the Great this week. Dad and I learned about Massachusetts. And of course, I have been making maps. Lots and lots of maps.

Saturday while I was out for a walk with Dad, we heard some motorcycles down by the lake, so we went to check it out. The ice racers were down there, getting their last ride in for the season. The ice is still almost two feet thick, but it is getting too torn up during the day with the melting and refreezing for them to keep riding on it. At least, that's what the guy we talked to said. He let me look in his trailer.

On our Sunday walk, we got to see Cooper. Dad managed to get some pictures this time, so now everyone can see him. Cooper isn't quite as tall as Indy, but he is much stronger and has a much bigger head.
