This week we had visitors! Kara and Freya came down for my birthday. Normally we don't have visitors, but we've been careful, and they have been even more careful (they don't even go into stores - they do pick-up for everything), so we thought it would be okay. Don't tell the governor!
The first part of the week was mostly normal. I read, did school stuff, watched Dr. Who with Mom, and played with my Christmas presents. Oh, and I finally got some new glasses!
My new glasses.
Reading Bone with Dad.
Kara and Freya arrived on Saturday morning. We got my favorite pizza for lunch (Little Caesar's), and then we did a Prize Ball (no pictures of that because we were all having too much fun). After the Prize Ball was unraveled, Kara had a Prize Wheel, which we got to spin if we had poker chips from the Prize Ball. It got pretty loud in the house while we were doing all that.
A little early birthday fun!
Watching it spin!
We all got some prizes - and I got some new puppies to add to my collection, which was exciting. And a lot of candy.
Then it was time to open presents. I have pictures of some of them.
Another history comic book!
This one is about Lafayette, who helped George Washington beat the British!
I also got some more Ballpark Mysteries.
And a little stuffy that looks like Indy!
Just like when we brought him home.
Mom and Dad let me have an early present, too. I was so shocked I stopped talking and froze (as you can see from these three pictures).
And in addition to all that excitement, we watched Wreck-It Ralph. And had cake and ice cream.
Sunday morning we all went for a walk, and Freya and I played with paper airplanes and MagnaTiles. After lunch we watched Wreck-It Ralph Breaks the Internet. After a little quiet time to read, we had supper, and then a glow party. Then we had cake and ice cream and watched silly videos on YouTube.
Other than the prize ball, landing paper airplanes in the chandelier was the best activity of the weekend.
The glow party was a close third.
And that was my week. It was nice to have someone around other than Mom and Dad. Take care!
