Home School - Week One

2020-04-05

This week I started going to school at home, since my school is closed due to the virus. My teachers sent home worksheets and a laptop for me to use so I can talk to them using the internet. I don't get to play with anyone, but on the upside, school doesn't take as long when I am the only student.

Other than school, Mom was still sick, although she started to feel better. Dad and I played catch outside just about every day, and we went for some bike rides. We've been playing our baseball board game, and watching movies. One of them was Rookie of the Year, about a 12-year old kid who gets to pitch for the Cubs. It was a silly movie - I laughed a lot.

The other big news was that I lost a tooth. Well, I didn't really lose it - I made Dad pull it out because I didn't like the way it wiggled in my mouth.

To finish off the week, we did some batting practice on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Pretending to be an old man.

I have a hole in my mouth now - next to my front teeth.

Here's my tiny tooth.

Playing the baseball game - Dodgers vs. Twins.

A silly picture of Loki that Uncle Neil sent us.

Taking some batting practice...

And that was my week. I hope everyone is healthy, being good, and staying home. Take care!
