Easter

2016-03-27

This week we had a lot of snow on Wednesday night and Thursday, so my school had a late start. Daddy and Mommy still had to go to work, so I spent a couple hours in Daddy's office watching Dinosaur Train until I could go to school.

By afternoon the snow was melting and the sun was out - and Grandpa Al came to pick me up from school and take me back to his house so I could spend some time with Great-grandma Darlene.

Me and Great-grandma Darlene - ready for bed!

Me and Great-grandma all dressed up for Easter parties.

For Easter we went up to Freya's house, and Daddy and I brought Great-grandpa Les and Great-grandma Muriel. Mommy rode the train up on Friday to help Auntie Kara with her book booth. There were lots of people and lots of food. I spent most of my time in Freya's kitchen making food for Bex and Lucy.

After lunch it was time to see our Easter baskets and hunt for eggs.

On the hunt for eggs...

Found one!

Found lots of eggs!

Freya found some eggs too.

What? One more present?!

The big submarine I've been begging for since December!

Aunt Nancy. See? You're in the blog this time.

After all the excitement, Freya took a nap and the rest fo us dispersed. We drove Les and Muriel back home, then we headed back to our house. Daddy and I built my submarine and I played with my dinosaurs and trains until bed time.

And that is all for this week. Take care everyone!
