This week was my birthday week - and keeping with tradition I got sick (see my birth with jaundice, first birthday with pneumonia, and second birthday with RSV - last year was the only healthy one). The night before my birthday my tummy was angry and I was sick. And that meant I had to stay home from school and miss the Winter Dance Party. Daddy and I stayed home and built my LEGO police station on Thursday (we built the fire station I got for my birthday on Monday). And we stayed home on Friday because I still wasn't feeling well, and we played with my trains.
Me and Pooh on my birthday.
I was feeling better on Saturday, so Mommy and Daddy let me go buy some new trains with my birthday money. I chose Edward and Charlie and Rosie and Millie.
Getting some new trains!
Charlie and Edward!
On Sunday Mommy had to study for school, so Daddy and I played all day. We worked on my train tracks and built the Steam Works, Tidmouth Sheds, and the Diesel Works out of my blocks.
The Steam works is on the left, I am standing by the Diesel Works, and Tidmouth Sheds is on the right.
Admiring all our hard work.
Enjoying all of my trains.
I am feeling better now and ready for life to get back to normal! Thanks to: Auntie Janice and Uncle Jerry, Great-grandpa Les and Great-grandma Muriel, and Great-grandma Darlene for sending birthday cards.
Take care!
