Halloween!

This week I got to wear my first Halloween costume! GG and Grandpa Kevin made it for me - I was Emmet from The LEGO Movie! I wore my costume to school and we visited Mommy and Daddy at the library.

After school I went trick-or-treating with Mommy and Daddy. We stopped at Grandpa Al and Grandma Wynne's house, GG and Grandpa Kevin's house, Great-grandpa Les and Great-grandma Muriel's house, and Great-grandma Dorothy's tower. I also went out with Mommy to ring some doorbells of people we didn't know. It was fun.

We made another trip to the zoo on Saturday - we didn't stay long because it was cold and we had other things to do, like return some things to Auntie Kara from the wedding last weekend, and visit the LEGO store.

At the zoo the animals were all out and active. Right when we walked in there was a zookeeper with a kestrel, which I had never seen before. It pooped on the floor!

We went to visit the tigers just as they were getting out for the day, and we watched the bears waking up. We also saw some of the wolverines play fighting and the wolf cubs chasing each other around the enclosure.

After the zoo we met Kara and Josh and Freya for pizza! I brought Freya a little tiger from the zoo, like my Hobbes, so she could have a tiger too. Even though it wasn't Halloween anymore, I trick-or-treated at Kara and Josh's house.

Then we went to the LEGO store and I went dressed up as Emmett. Everybody loved my costume! All the LEGO store workers came to talk to me and one guy said he had always wanted to meet the Special and he gave me a Ninjago keychain!

Sunday morning I rode with Grandpa Al in his truck for the first time in a long time. Daddy forgot to take pictures, but you all probably remember what Grandpa's truck looks like anyway. I got out at the farm and saw lots of cows and some calves and a horse and some tractors and skid loaders. It was good to ride with Grandpa again.

And then I went home with Mommy and Daddy and played with my new LEGO from Saturday and I played with my blocks and Sawyer come over to visit for a while - and Daddy forgot to take pictures of that, too. We made a ramp and raced cars through the dining room into the kitchen. And then Sawyer helped read me a bedtime story.
