Not a lot of pictures this week, since Mommy has the camera on her trip.
I've had a little sniffle and a cough all week, but I've had plenty of energy for fun! Daddy took Mommy to the airport on Tuesday, and I stayed with Grandpa Al and Grandma Wynne.
On Wednesday we went to visit Great-grandma Dorothy. Uncle David was there, and I played with the toy train he bought me. I missed my morning nap and was a little crabby - except for when I could play with Great-grandma's walker.
This is easier to push than my walker.
I'll give you a quick hug, but then I need to go play with your walker again.
Later on Wednesday we went shopping and stopped for a few minutes to see Grandpa and his truck at work. Daddy and I took Duke for a walk when we got back to the house.
On Thursday Daddy and I stayed home in the morning because I did a lot of sleeping. In the afternoon we went to a library where Daddy used to work and we talked to Andy and Michelle and Vicki and Janna and Rogene and Katherine and Brian and Chris and Deanna and probably some other people I am forgetting.
After the library we went to a park and Daddy and I walked around. I held on to Daddy's hand and we walked on the grass and around a memorial with a statue of a little boy who was about my size. I walked farther than I ever have before!
And then we went to see some cattle - Jersey cows - at the fairgrounds. The cows mooed just like Daddy! And we saw some calves that were very, very little.
And then the best part was when we went to where Grandpa Al works: I got to ride in his big blue truck! But I didn't get any pictures because Daddy was holding me and Grandpa was driving (don't worry - we were in a parking lot and Grandpa never went above second gear).
On Friday we stayed home, except for a short visit to Great-grandma Dorothy's. I was supposed to go shopping with Daddy and Grandpa, but I was too tired and too hungry - so they took me home.
Me playing with Johnny Tractor - not the most flattering picture, is it?
On Saturday, Great-grandma Darlene and cousin Max came to visit. I had lots of fun playing with Max and chasing him around the house. I was really tired when it was time for him to go home. Daddy left to go to work early in the morning before I was awake and is staying at our house for the weekend.
And finally, today I saw Grandma Gail! She came over to see me and play for a while. Sorry I don't have pictures. I also went for a walk with Grandpa Al and met a nice lady who used to watch Daddy and Uncle Neil when they were small.
That's about it. Come back next week to read about my latest adventures - and we might even have some more pictures (if Daddy remembers to take them).
