Monday morning we had breakfast at the hotel again, and we had some time to wait before we could go to the amusement park. Freya came over and went swimming with Mom (I didn't want to get in the pool).
I did play outside the pool, though.
At the Avatar ride before it opened.
Waiting for the rides to open up.
Pretending to be Harmon Killebrew, standing at the old Met Stadium home plate.
Coming in on the Orange Streak.
Back in line for another coaster.
On the flying Turtles.
It is fun to fly!
All done with the shooting ride - I did really well.
We still like the little roller coaster.
Me and Aang.
Do I really need to say where we are?
Can we get...one of everything?
Back to the rides!
Finally big enough to go on this by myself!
This is a fun one...
Way up!
And fall almost all the way down!
This used to be my favorite ride.
Swings!
Whee!
This is a little more relaxing.
Another ride on the big skateboard!
Another spin on the Odd-Coaster!
Really hard to get a picture on this thing....
And then we were done. We got a chocolate shake for the road and headed for the car. With all the LEGO we bought, we barely fit. We did not get home until late, since we had to stop a couple times for Dad to get out and move around so his leg and back didn't start hurting. We were all really tired, especially me.
What a great weekend! Thanks to Mom for planning it all, and to Kara and Josh and Freya for having fun with us and helping with the costumes!
And that is the end of my September Adventure - take care!
