This week we returned to regularly scheduled learning.

Mom and I worked on math, science, spelling, language arts, and of course history. Dad and I mostly did batting practice for gym class, and we read to each other. We also worked on Rhode Island for the state project - it was not the most exciting state so far. I wonder why they were the last colony to ratify the Constitution? Did they think they were going to get a better offer?

Atticus came over again. This week we worked with clay, played with LEGO, and had some Mario Kart races.

We stayed home for the weekend, watched some baseball, and stayed out of the rain. We also watched the new, live-action version of Mulan, which I really liked.
