Quiet Week

This week was quiet. We only went outside in the neighborhood. Otherwise, we learned about ancient civilizations, the invention of writing, some American presidents, Russia, and we watched Ewan and Charlie ride their motorcycles from Scotland to South Africa (we've been watching Long Way Down).

Zeke came over on Wednesday and we worked on making Faberge eggs. Then Mom made Russian pancakes for supper.

Saturday we took our snowblower over to the neighbor who repairs them. It just needs a tune-up before winter starts.
