Mother's Day Week

2020-05-10

All the normal stay-at-home stuff happened again this week: we played catch, played with LEGO, watched some movies, went to school, rode our bikes, did some gardening. Mommy is using her Tiny Spoons speed rack and sheet trays to start plants for the garden.

Mommy's repurposed speed rack now houses our tomato plant collection.

Daddy and I went out to check out the full moon this week. And since everyone is home - it was really quiet and there was no traffic.

Checking out the full moon...in the middle of the street.

On a sunny afternoon Mom and I cleaned the fence and I worked on a science project.

Working on mining some gem stones I got for Easter from Freya, Josh, and Kara.

Daddy and I didn't do a great job preparing for Mother's Day, but we did go get Mommy some of her favorite food, some nice wine, and some 1919 Root Beer in cans!

Daddy found it! We know you are all jealous....

And we cleaned up the LEGO room - because it really needed to be cleaned up. We are having a "show off your LEGO day" next week during our daily Zoom meeting for school, so I wanted to impress everyone.

With all the empty space, we started building the trains again!

Some of my new space sets in a new home.

Mommy did a lot of the work cleaning up the LEGO room, so Daddy and I would like to publicly acknowledge how awesome she is and what a great job she does getting things organized and cleaned up. She also had some really good ideas for what to do and how to do it. So thanks, Mom! We love you!

And that was my week. Hope everyone is staying home and staying healthy - take care!
