This week the Holiday Train came to town! Daddy and I went and we stood front and center for the concert - and stayed for the whole thing, even though it was cold.
Here it comes!
It's finally here!
Two of the singers in the show.
Me and the train cars.
Me and the engine.
A video of the train rolling in.
We were studying constellations in school this week. Daddy grabbed some pictures from my teacher so you can see what we were doing.
Friday we went to Freya's house for the weekend. On Saturday we went to see her in the Santa Lucia pageant.
Tucking in to the food before the show starts.
Freya is all the way on the left in the picture.
She gave me the gingerbread man again this year! (When we were leaving I gave it to Audrey.)
We went out for lunch, and then we went to a comic book store. They had lots of cool Star Wars stuff.
Demonstrating the proper way to eat spaghetti.
Back at the house we did our little Christmas pageant and opened some presents.
Some of the song and dance.
We had a little creative disagreement about my percussive accompaniment.
Let's see what's in here...
Freya was excited to get the Toy Story Monopoly game we gave her.
I was excited about my baseball board game.
Saturday night we did a prize ball, but that was too exciting to take pictures of. I got some Hot Wheels cars, some little LEGO sets, and few dollars.
Sunday morning we played Freya's Monopoly game and we worked on the marble maze that was one of her presents.
Mom was helping us play the game.
For lunch we went to a fancy indoor market and I got a Mac and Grilled Cheese - finally!
I also got some salted caramel swirl ice cream.
After that we headed home. We stopped at Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al's for a few minutes to drop off some cookies, and continued on our way. Daddy and I went to get some groceries once we unloaded the car, and I spent my allowance and the money I won in the prize ball on some Star Wars toys.
It was a really good week. Take care everyone!
