This was my birthday week! Now I am eight. I got an awesome rocket from Mom and Dad, lots of cards and packages in the mail - and we had a snow day on my birthday - how cool is that?!
My present from Mom and Dad.
Trying out a present from Joey.
Trying to open a package from Aunt Nancy.
It was Gryffindor jammies!
Saturday we went to the mall to have some fun. We went to Build-a-Bear, rode on some rollercoasters, ate at the place where they cook in front of you for lunch, saw the aquarium, rode on more rides, went to the arcade, and made a little stop at the LEGO store.
Waiting for Build-a-Bear to open.
I got a sabertooth tiger and a wooly mammoth!
We went to Benihana for lunch - and the guy made a BIG volcano with the onion.
Dragging everyone along to the aquarium.
Freya and I found something to do while Mommy bought tickets.
A loggerhead turtle we saw in the aquarium.
In a bubble with Freya, looking at fish.
Waiting for the ride to start.
Nancy came to visit and hang out with us for a while.
Playing some video games at the arcade.
Trying a snowboarding game.
After all that fun, we still had moroe to do! Auntie Kara made me a Kit Kat ice cream cake, and she had a prize ball for us to do, and of course, presents.
Here's a pile of presents from Freya, Kara, and Uncle Josh.
The Ninjago set I have been looking for!
Can't wait to eat that Kit-Kat ice cream cake Auntie Kara made!
Blowing out my candle...
Birthday fun!
Sunday morning we changed our plans due to an impending snowstorm, and we went to a natural history museum instead of the zoo. It was really cool - and we got to see a planetarium show. After we were done, we went to lunch, and then home. The storm stayed away - it was sunny all the way back to our house.
Goofing around with Freya in Sunday morning.
Watching some videos about sattelites.
Daddy surprised me...
...with this!
Just like Henry Jones, Jr., I am not a big fan of snakes.
Playing with Freya while we wait for food.
Playing with the revolving door at the restaurant.
When we got home, I helped unpack and then Dad and I played video games. And that is that! Take care and stay warm this coming week!
