Spring Break

2018-03-11

This week I was off of school for spring break. I stayed with Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al, and I spent some time with GG and Grandpa Kevin. I also did some visiting, with David, Auntie Diane, Great-grandma Darlene, and Janice and Jerry.

Being silly with Grandpa Al.

Smiling nice for a change with Great-grandma Darlene.

Sitting on the 4020 and Janice and Jerry's.

Me and Janice.

On Saturday Grandpa Al and Grandma Wynne drove me up to the Tiny Spoons show. Mommy and Kara were working hard, and Daddy and I went to the zoo with Josh and Freya. And I got to open some late birthday presents.

R2-D2!

A volcano!

Sitting on the bear statue with Freya.

Tiny Spoons - almost sold out!

Being silly.

Sunday afternoon Daddy and I went to the Eagle Center. We watched three different bird programs and saw lots of cool birds, including Hollywood, the red-tailed hawk and an Andean condor with a ten-foot wingspan! We also some snakes and a little alligator!

We also said goodbye to Mommy for the week - she is going to a retreat until Friday, so it's just me and Poppa. You know what that means: ice cream for breakfast!

Showing off my eagle swag. A button with Donald's picture and a eagle band necklace.

My new friend Jekyll, the alligator.

Participating in the eagle show.

Trying to flap like an eagle.

Trying on the eagle gauntlet.

Angel the Bald Eagle. She ate a rat!

Hollywood, the red-tailed hawk. She ate a rat, too.

The Andean condor

We also got to see Donald the golden eagle before we left. He ate a rat, too! We missed seeing Latsch, the new eagle. Maybe next time.

And that was my week. Take care!
