Daddy's Birthday Adventure

This past week was Daddy's birthday, and some other holiday that people other than us celebrated. But Daddy turned 40, so that was the big deal for us. All of us had a short week of school and work and went to watch Bex and Lucy while Kara, Josh, and Freya went on a trip.

First thing Wednesday morning, we took Kara, Josh, and Freya to the airport.

Then we went to the Mall to have some fun.

We were getting hungry after all that fun. So we went to a donut store and then we got some ice cream. (We saved the donuts for Thursday - we didn't eat that much junk food in one day!)

Thursday was Daddy's birthday - we stayed in the house and watched movies and read books. And we ate fun food.

Saturday morning we got up early and went to pick up Kara, Josh, and Freya at the airport.

Then we went to an arcade and played a lot of fun games. I won a pink giraffe as a prize.

Back at the house, I played with Freya and we both took a good nap. Daddy and Josh made us tacos for supper while Mommy and Auntie Kara were at a party.

Sunday morning we helped Kara and Josh get ready to put up their Christmas tree and then we headed home. Daddy and I played with LEGO and Mommy went to do homework.
