A Busy Week

This was a busy week! On Tuesday night we went to see Sawyer presenting his LEGO project at the middle school.

After we left Sawyer's event, we drove to Grandpa Al and Grandma Wynne's house. Mommy's student senate meeting this week was at the school she and Daddy went to a long time ago. And Grandpa had surgery on Monday and we wanted to help bring him home on Wednesday. But before we went to get him we had time to play with Duke and go out for lunch.

Thursday night I went to visit my kindergarten teacher and see my classroom!

On Saturday we went to Family Fun Day at the middle school. I sang in a concert with my class, I went in the bouncy house, I saw two fire trucks and an ambulance, and lots of my friends and teachers from school. For lunch we went out with Leilei and her mommy at the drive-in.

And if that wasn't enough, after a nap, I went to campus to ride my bike before Mommy and I went to a special dinner together.

Sunday we all slept in. Daddy and I worked on building a big LEGO loader for a while, and then after lunch we went to visit Donald. We walked around by the river, and stopped at the toy store on the way home (but we didn't buy anything). At the lock and dam just outside of town we saw two tow boats with barges, so we watched one exit the lock headed upriver and one enter the lock headed downriver.
