Wow - What a Week!

What a week! Lots of excitement! We went to Sawyer's birthday party, we had a concert at school, we spent a couple nights in a hotel, we went to the water park, we went to the zoo, and we visited Great-grandma Darlene. So here are a lot of pictures and a few videos at the end. Enjoy!

On Wednesday we joined Sawyer for his birthday party and some pizza and cake.

Friday after school Mommy and Daddy said we were going to Kara and Josh's house to see Freya and the puppies. But they took me to a hotel instead! And in the hotel there was a WATER SLIDE! Plus, there were bunk beds in our room!

Somehow, after all the excitement of the hotel and the bunk beds and the arcade and the water slides, I managed to get to sleep. And the next morning we got to go to the water park with Kara and Josh and Freya!

We didn't get many pictures in the water park because the camera isn't waterproof. So I'll tell you what happened: Daddy and I went down a slide right away and Daddy hurt his back. We rode the tubes around the lazy river part after that. Then Mommy and I went down some smaller slides, and then we went with Josh on the really super big super tall slide! Daddy missed out on that, but Mommy got to climb a lot of stairs to get us up there and it was so much fun!

After a few hours in the water, we took a break for a nap. Then we played in the arcade, and went back in the water for a little while on the lazy river and in the wave pool - I really liked the wave pool!

We challenged Daddy to a race. He won.

The next morning we went to the zoo with Freya, Kara, and Josh!

The wolves were out and moving around.

He came right up to the glass.

Then the wolf decided he really liked Daddy.

He gave Daddy a kiss.

And then he tried to give Daddy a hug.

The bears were sleeping, so we saw how much we weighed compared to a bear. I am a yearling size bear.

Daddy is a small adult male bear.

But it took all of us to be a big adult male bear.

After the zoo we stopped to see Great-grandma Darlene on the way to Grandma Wynne and Grandpa Al's house. Jenn and Bob were supposed to be there, but we missed them. And Daddy and Mommy were both sleepy and forgot to take any pictures while we were there. But we had a nice visit and I got to eat some apple pie.

Daddy had to get back home, so we drove to Grandma and Grandpa's house and unloaded the car. And Uncle Neil had a surprise for me.

Uncle Neil got me a present. And it couldn't wait for next week.

Whew! What a week. Daddy left to go home because he had to get to work early in the morning. Mommy and I stayed with Grandma and Grandpa and Duke and Uncle Neil.
