If This Isn't Nice, What Is?

So I had a big week with more beautiful October weather.

I tried on an astronaut costume and posed next to the spaceship we have been building this week.

My favorite part of being an astronaut? I love eating food out of pouches!

Freya and Kara and Josh came to our house to visit and we had pizza for supper and we laughed a lot. I slept in my tent in Mommy and Daddy's room so Freya could sleep in my room.

Saturday we went to a party at an apple orchard and I played with Freya and Sawyer - and Angie and Kara and Josh were there too! I rode the tractor train twice and ate a few apple cider mini donuts. We also listened to some good music and played with Tabitha and Dustin and their kids. (Sorry, Daddy didn't take many pictures that were in focus.)

Sunday morning we went for a bike ride by the lake and explored a fishing dock and a rotting tree trunk. Then we went to visit Donald and the eagles, played on a cool slide, and saw a giant boat.

If that wasn't exciting enough, we went for some ice cream and as we were driving home, we saw the boat again! And it was headed for the lock! So we stopped and waited to watch it go through and while we were waiting, a train went under the bridge we were standing on! It was so exciting!

Then we went home and had some supper and played with LEGO and read some books and went to bed. It was a great weekend. Take care everyone!
